How is the care needs assessment done before move-in?
Before a prospective resident moves in, we conduct a detailed pre-admission assessment. During a personal meeting, we learn about the health condition, medical history, current medication, individual needs and habits. Based on this, we create an individual care plan for each resident that determines the course of nursing, medical treatment, and daily activities. This care plan is regularly reviewed and updated as the condition changes.

Our qualified nurses and the cooperating general practitioner respond immediately to any health changes. When needed, we provide immediate medical intervention and maintain continuous contact with specialists and hospitals – ensuring fast and effective care. If hospitalization becomes necessary, we assist with transportation and placement, and continuously inform family members. After hospitalization, we provide rehabilitation and ongoing care. Every resident is safe – day and night.
