Invest in the historical city of Gyula Hungary.

Partner needed for Phase II project of a 10 plus year old Hungarian & USA collaboration

I am looking for one or more partners, Total capital needed is $1 M Euro to build 38 more studio apartment units. 19 of which will be permanently leased to the assisted living nonprofit which I started in Hungary, Europe 12 years ago. The 2nd floor will be for short and long term rental for Airbus employees moving into the city and the local community. Airbus factory was completed and went on line, January 2023.

New highway to the local area was completed & a multi-lane bridge over the river Tisza also completed. Connecting M44 to M5  will increase local commerce to a previously underutilized area in Hungary. 

I have a partner there on-site RUNNING PHASE I & NONPROFIT. Yes, we already own the real estate. This Phase II project is ready to start construction this spring. We have a waiting list for our elderly care services on the nonprofit side of the business.

Our return of funds  will come from sale of the units and resale of the units again and again when elderly clients pass away and units revert back to us the company. Salus duo KFT

Prefer a partner on phase II project. A 15-25 year term loan is also considered at  4.5 % or lower.

Meet in person for introduction in the Boston, USA area or at a location in Hungary. City of Gyula or as you prefer. 

Large percent of the invested funds are returned on the first round of sale of all the 19 units, multi generational return after that is our aim for us and our partner.

I usually fly through London on the way to Budapest, a meeting at the airport is possible.  (with a 6 hour layover possible)
